Patrick founded Matka in May 2018 with a vision to solve challenging technology and business problems for innovative organizations. Based on our experience and understanding of business challenges, we developed our hybridshore model.

Matka speaks “Schwiizerdütsch” and is a Swiss AG based in Zurich. We are a network of agile entrepreneurs and innovative partners in Novi Sad. Thanks to our well-rehearsed teams and close collaboration, we are able to deliver initial results very efficiently and ensure constant delivery of high quality.

The name “Matka” means journey in Finnish. We are all on a journey through life. On our journey, we want to build meaningful relationships, implement exciting projects and create cool products. In some Slavic languages “Matka” also means mother, which is a source of trust and stability. For us, the name “Matka” symbolizes stability and trust on the one hand, and growth and innovation on the other.
